Meet Virgil Stuva

Retired, Virgil Stuva enjoys his daily trips to the senior center in Newcastle. He’s able to make those trips thanks to Delta Area Transit. “I don’t own a vehicle so I have to rely on transit to get me where I need to go,” Virgil says. “Transit is very important to Newcastle because there are a lot of people who don’t have cars and they need a way to get to the doctors or even the grocery store.”
