Meet Tara Brown

Tara Brown owns a business in Lawton that employs five people. She’s also blind. Tara uses LATS to get to and from work so that she can work side-by-side with her employees. “If I did not have access to the transit system I would be unable to provide a company to where my employees benefit and support their families as well as mine,” Tara says. “If there wasn’t a bus to ride, I’d probably sit home all day and I would not be able to work.”
