Meet April Mijares

As a driver for The Ride, Guymon’s public transit system, April Mijares says she enjoys visiting with her passengers each morning and there’s an added bonus - “I like to watch the sun coming up,” April says. Knowing that she’s able to get people to work or to go shopping is important to April. “It offers them a better quality of life,” she says.
